    turns out it was a firewall issue. I was able to connect now. Thanks Marco Just to confirm that the minimum PL/SQL developer requires is the Oracle Instant Client? Thanks & regards

    I've installed Oracle 11Xe, and PL/SQL developer. That was fine. Then I installed Oracle Developer Tools togeter with the ODAC into a different home. Now PL/SQL doesn't work with either homes. On the original XE home it gave me a ORA12154 error. On the other I have the ORA 12560 error. I am...
