Hi, I also have this same error with Version 12.0.2.1818 (32 bit). I have not uninstalled previous version 11.0.6.1776 where email feature works. I'm using Windows 7 (64-bit) Build 7601 (Service Pack 1). Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks very much. phunter
