    Initialization Error on Windows Vista 64-bit

    Folks, I am trying to run PL/SQL Developer on a Windows Vista 64-bit machine. Its giving me the typical message: "Initialization Error SQL*Net not properly installed OracleHomeKey: OracleHomeDir:" I have 10.2.0 client installed on my machine. Any help appreciated.
