I installed ODAC1110720 on a brand new machine winserver 2003. I get an Initialization error Could not locate OCI dll. The path variable is set correctly but I notices that the oracle installer copies the oci.dll into the main directory "C:\app\Administrator\product\11.1.0\client_1" and not...
