I know about it. But when I use putty I am usually set up SOCKS proxy. I no idea how specify SOCKS proxy for OCI8 connection.

For security reason I don't have direct access to Oracle Database. I only have SSH access to web server. SQLyog manager can provide access to MySQL database via SSH tunnel. Same feature is very needed for me in PL/SQL Developer. Thanks.
