Bug on Initializing with OCI 9.2 Client
I'am using Pl/SQL Developer 6.0.2 with OCI 9.2. Main Session Connect is fast, but every SQL Window, Test Window, ..., needs about 1 Minute for initializing. After configure of Force OCI7 for OCI8 calls is a workaround. It worked for our Databases in the Intranet (9.2.0.5) But a Connection to a...- mhandsteiner
