When a client has this problem all the packages have the same problem

Hi, i'm using version version 6.0.1.848 on NT4wks. When i click on "packages and bodies"->"edit spec & body" i'm able to see the source code but the contents windos is empty (the one that should list then procedures and windows names). do you know why????
