i reinstalled everything and now it works. I had problems deleting oci.dll - some process didn't allow me to delete it - maybe it doesn't allow to use it too by PSD. Deleting from command line had helped

i used the same orahome in both installations, so Oracle Home Selector doesn't start saying there is only one primary orahome. Also setting orahome manually in preferences doesn't help. Any ideas?
