    PLSQL Developer for Oracle Client 11g 64 bit

    As far as I know PL/SQL Developer does not yet support 64 bit client. I tried it myself last week (on 9.0.6 version) and it didn't work, so I downloaded Oracle Client 11g 32 bit version and it works fine. You can use 32 client even if your Oracle Database 11 g server is 64 bit
