No i haven't locations or favorites that are not accessible. Can i reset the settings from the application?

When I save or open an sql query the File dialog box appears. the dialog box doesn't working well, I can't open subdirectory en the button Cancel is not visible and after few mouseclicks the dialog box says Not Responding and PLSQL closed abruptly. Who can help my to fix this problem ?
