Never mind, I found she didn't have the "Allow editing of database source" checked.

I have a colleague using PL/SQL Developer for an Oracle Database. When she right-clicks on all of her views, Edit isn't an option. When she opens the view, it opens as Read-Only. Is there a profile option that controls this or does she have a DB rights issue??
