Recently we upgraded our System (windows Xp 32 Bit) to Windows 7 64 bit. When we upgraded our PL/SQL Developer tool stopped working. When we tried to log in it gave the following error "ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolved Service names". On few of the forums we found, the Tool is not compatible...
