    Upgrade from 7.1 to 8.0

    Currently we have the PL/SQL-Developer Version 7.1.5.1398 (20 Licenses) without a service contract. We would like upgrade to Version 8.0. Is the upgrade to version 8 included withing the annual service contract? Thanks for Help!
