I have the same problem. We have 8 users and Everybody is having the crash after have pasted some records, but Nobody can get the vcsdebug.txt file. All we have Win7 64 bits and PLSQL Developer ver 7.1.5.1398. It's very frustrating because the function 'paste' has been well used for many years...
