Hi, we have the tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora in a shared samba directory. When starting PL/SQL developer, it takes a long time. Checking with wireshark, it seems PL/SQL developer is checking sqlnet.ora many many times. I am using 15.0.4.2064 currently.
