Is there an easy way to combine a spc and bdy into a single pck?

Is it possible to get a dividing line between package objects? It would not be inserted into the code, but rather be a visual feature of the designer. e.g. PROCEDURE send_email(p_email_msg_body VARCHAR2, p_email_msg_subject VARCHAR2)...
