I use chinese , Server is al32utf8,in pl/sql , whether in NLS_LANG=SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK or NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.AL32UTF8,insert the table's data ,utl_raw.cast_to_raw is show same. I oracle is 9.0.2

I Have same problem, insert into table, on oracle sqlplus show is error.
