Hi Marco I don't see that path under C:\Users\\..... We have tried a couple installs and have had different outcomes. Does it matter if the default folder is Program Files or Program Files(x86)? Sorry the folder was hidden. Thanks Janice

Mike 1. I have re-installed a couple times and my files were in Program Files(x86) and Program Files but neither worked. 2. I did not try this yet. 3. My preferences were available in the drop down but it still didn't recognize them. thanks

I have a Windows 7 laptop and re-installed Oracle 11g and PL/SQL. I copied my preference file but when I start PL/SQL for the first time on Windows 7 it does not recognize my preference file. I believe the preference file is in the correct folder: C:\Program Files\PLSQL...
