Hi, We are getting the same problem. We upgraded to pl/sql developer 7.1.3 and when we try to open a large data editor that contains hebrew characters, it got stuck. (If the value contains only english letter s, it is opened fine..)

We've upgraded to pl/sql developer 7.1.3 (from 5.1.4) and copied all our plugins from the old version to the new one. The "Pl/shortcuts" plugin dosnt work anymore ! The menu item of the shortcuts doesnt show in the toolbar and it seems that the new version doesnt recognize the "shortcuts.dll"...
