I have upgraded to version 15.0.1.2051 and the problem persists. After a downgrade to version 13.0.5.1908 the problem is gone. After an upgrade to version 14 or 15 the problem reoccurred When I imported the connections from version 14 into version 13 the problem occurred in version 13 also.

Yes the problem persist after restarting PL/SQL Developer, even a complete reboot of Windows didn't solve the problem. I have this problem for a couple of weeks now. I use version 14.0.1.1965 (64 bit)
