Thanks for the info. If the old laptop is not able to boot and we cannot perform an uninstall from the old laptop are we still able to re-register or would we need to call support?

Good Afternoon, I have a user that would like to transfer his PL\SQL Developer license from his old laptop to a new laptop. He is currently working on a trial version on the new laptop until we can get the license from his old laptop. How would I go about transferring that license for him...
