Oh, I managed to solve it by using the "registry" command line parameter.

One of the databases that I usually connect to is in some strange limbo state which makes the connections to it hang indefinitely. When I start PLSQL Developer it tries to reopen my windows (I can see that in the debug.txt file) and thus hangs indefinitely at "Loading Desktop". How can I start...
