I see in the release notes for v13 it says, "PL/SQL Developer can now collect anonymous usage statistics for product improvement." Is this a configurable "feature" anywhere? I can't seem to find it. Most software will allow opting in/out of this sort of phone-home stuff for privacy reasons.

For me, with the connection chooser at startup, it works properly in both cases (pinned or not pinned).
