Thanks Marco. I couldn't figure it out either but did yet another uninstall/reinstall. This time I must have removed a setting file in Program Data that I didn't originally, because it is now working. It was a crazy bug, but I think I'm good now. No idea what setting would have caused it.

Troubleshooting this more, it appears that the blank bar which replaces my tabs is actually the compiler hints window, but it cannot be resized/moved and the hints are not viewable in the location it sits.

Was hoping someone would be able to assist me with troubleshooting an issue. Recently, I've found that if I compile a PL/SQL Developer package that contains any errors or warnings, the package head and body tabs will disappear when in the body and the window that normally appears containing...
