Any chance of this being added to PL/SQL Developer? I too used toad to do this and we make extensive use of mviews.
In fact I've launched toad for the first time in a month because I need to refresh a lot of views.
Except it's doing it quite often and then I have to restart etc. And I can't figure out a simple workaround, appears I can flip it into the wrong Language by pasting something from an editor that is using US instead of English. Would appear one way to resolve this is to only have one valid...
I see there was a post 2 years ago about changing Language setting (Alt-Shift or Language bar) making PL/SQL Developer hang - it's still there in 8.0.1.1498.
Seeing as the last post I found was in 2008, I'm asking the question again - how to fix?
Right now, I have PL/SQL Developer wanting to...

Preferably this could be configured to be set when a fixed user is used to connect or based on a combo of user and...
thank you - not quite as convenient as a named query in Toad, where I don't have to worry about what table I'm accessing, just store with a sensible name and then rerun when required.
I guess I can do that via a saved SQL Query - unless there is a better way I haven't seen yet.
Please forgive this post, I'm sure this is covered somewhere, but I can't find it.
I'm new to PL/SQL Developer, trying in instead of Toad.
I've found how to save a Standard Query, but not how to load one back and execute it.
I'm using v 8.0.1.1.1498
TIA
