CLOSED. After restarting the app many times (but not rebooting Windows), I'm now getting the correct list of Object Browser filters. Whatever.

In the Object Browser, I click on the wrench icon to define filters. When I finish defining filters and come back to the Object Browser, my new filters do not show up in the filters' drop-down list. But when I go back in to edit my filters, the ones I previously defined are in fact still...
