Hi I am getting "ORA-12154: TNT:could not resolve the connect identifier specified" error on Windows 7 32 bit when trying to log on Oracle Database 11G with PL/SQL Developer 11.0. On the same machine, I am able to connect with PL/SQL Developer 8, 9 and 10. I have the correct tnt names...
