Hello. I have PL/SQL Developer Version 7.1.2.1362 and Oracle Instant Client 10.2 I have ORACLE_HOME, NLS_LANGUAGE, PATH in system variables. When i started PL/SQL D. after login i received small error window without description. Only OK button and window name (PL/SQ..) is there. Please help...
