I get this as well. I am now on Windows 7 PL/SQL 8.0.0.1483. I also had it with PL/SQL 7 on Windows XP. I specifically upgraded to 8 to address this problem as it is v. annoying. Unfortuantely, it's still happening in v8. any chance you can sort this out?
