    PL/SQL Developer does not start

    After installing PL/SQL on a pentium 4 3Ghz machine the program hangs when starting. When i install PL/SQL on a pentium 4 2.6Ghz machine the program starts correct. Both machine work with Windows XP Proffesional SP1 and have 512mb memory.
