We have a windows 10 machine that retrieves our application from a remote server, connects to the database and runs it. In the last couple of weeks, only one node on the network started failing. There are 5 nodes, and all except this one has no problem. We get the ora-12545.
So, from the errant node, we ping, tnsping and sqlplus, all of which experience no problem. Here's the weird part; if we copy the application from the server to the local machine, it works fine. It's only when we load it from the server that problems arise. Even more confusing is that this just started happening a couple of weeks ago.
