I have observed the following changes in Package Wizard Final Step after D7 -> XE6 migration:
1. In D7 "Path" showed the active project path automatically, now it shows the path of last generated package. I believe old behaviour was much more practical. Now I need to change path manually every time I need to import a package in a different project.
2. "Add To Project" checkbox does not add the .pas file to the .dpr file. This used to work properly.
3. "Open In IDE" checkbox does not open the file in IDE after clicking Finish. This also used to work properly.
