I searched the formun and did not find an
existing post on this subject.
I have a good sized procedure with 20 parameters
and it returns a refcursor.
When I do a "test" on it using Version 7.1.1.1339
I get the error "ORA-0186: literal does not match
format string" in the message area at the bottom
of the form, with no guidance as to where to look.
I installed Version 7.0.3.1123 (MBCS) on
my client PC, and running the same "test file"
from it I get no error message and the test
does complete correctly.
I have copied the preferences folder from my
7.1.1.1339 folder to the 7.0.3.1123 (MBCS) instance.
