Hi,

In this topic the authors stated there are no plans to support PostgreSQL with DOA: https://forums.allroundautomations.com/ubb/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=42862#Post42862.

However, did anyone investigate the replacement of OCI.dll with the dll of PostgreSQL, EDBOCI.dll?

And if yes, what were the findings?

Hi, I tried almost a year ago, but there are many differences to Oracle . If the idea is to mantain app changing only the database, it will require a significant effort to work (if it does at all).

There is a Tibero DB that looks more close to Oracle, and they do provide a OCI replacement DLL, but I
