Hi,

I am encountering issue with the Connections tab using version 9.0.6.1665.

Intermittently, when I am logged to multiple databases, new windows that I open such as Command window or SQL window are not appearing on the "Database Connections" list. This issue does not happen on version 9.0.5.1648.

We'll check it out. I don't assume you have a reproducible scenario for this?

Hi Marco,

Thank you for your responce. I appreciate it.

There is no error being produced but I will try mentioning a scenario. Hopefully this would help.

1. Install the new version by overwriting whatever configuration I have on the older version.
2. I Open up and connected to one of the database. Choose "Connections Tab"
3. On my window, the left side I mostly focused is the "Connections" tab. Under it, I have a list of database connection but currently one is active.
4. Open up a window "command window" by right clicking on the active connection on "Connections" tab.
5. Open up again a window "sql window". Both windows are maximize. result is still ok.
6. This time connect to a new a database by right clicking on the listed database on the "Connections" tab. Now I have 2 active connections but this time the focus was moved to the latest connection.
7. Open up a window by right clicking the latest connection. BOOM!!! That is where the problem surface. The new window opens up but the icon (+) sign does not appear on the "Connections Tab" for the latest opened database connection. Usually, there is an icon (+) plus sign that you can click to list down the windows open on a specific database connection. Any new database connections make will not show the plus (+) sign anymore when you open a window.

Basically, the problem is that the (+) icon disapears on any connections you make. I am still able to open any windows but it is not listed on the new connections.

Hopefully, I was able to give you a logical scenario.

Regards.

No, we do not seem to be able to create this situation. We'll have a public beta for version 10 shortly. Perhaps you can check if it still happens with this version when it becomes available?
